Qualifications for E2 Visa:

A U.S. business might be the right business for a foreign investor interested in doing business in the United States and receiving an E-2 Investor Visa if it can show the following: Federal Income Tax Returns and financial statements, that show that the business is currently producing sufficient income to provide a living for the owners and employees, a lease or ownership of the business premises, business activity, Forms W-2 and I-9s for their employees or if no employees are currently employed the necessity of employees in the near future, which need to be illustrated in a business plan and by already conducted recruitment efforts.
