linens. What I particularly like is that we had a 3 item wish list
(including sharp cooking knives) and you acted upon those requests

At long last, I'm taking the time to do what I should have done several months ago: thank you for getting my wife and I into a wonderful condo in Punta Gorda.
In reviewing the search process which we started back then, your initial response to my inquiry about condo properties in the southwest Florida area was very fast. And once we established my price range, your virtually daily email updates with a link to available listings was a great opportunity to keep me apprised of what the market was like.
When I finally came down to see some pre-selected condos, you were able to get me viewings of available properties expediently and when I switched gears on you and, overnight, decided to try all over again in Punta Gorda (where we hadn't been looking, before), well, you were incredibly responsive.
After our offer was accepted, you did a fantastic job of shepherding Peggy and me through to the closing...and I haven't forgotten how you "talked me down" from quitting when our friends at the bank made what I believed to be unreasonable requests and attempted to change terms. Frankly, I have no doubt that, if it weren't for your guidance as a true real estate professional, I wouldn't be leaving, next week for a little relaxation at my new condo in sunny Florida.

Living in Germany , I thought it will be difficult buying a house in Florida in a distance of 8000 kilometres. As a matter of fact it was kind of easy to purchase a home in Florida .
I got in contact with Della over a German Realtor. Form the beginning until the first vacation in our new house I only had contact with Della using emails.
