I had the opportunity to attend the Citizen’s Police Academy hosted by the Charlotte County Sheriff Office. What a great experience to meet and understand each faction of the Sheriff’s office. I am truly impressed by the “behind the scenes” operations; from the 911 call center to the canine and horse teams. They even let me dust for fingerprints!
