There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.
That said, in our experience as Southwest Florida real estate professionals, we have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting clients first. This means keeping myself and all of our agents accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This “client first” philosophy has always been our approach and requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. We have found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to clients.
I am always looking to provide better service to my clients! Attaining specialty designations for you!

Rick is a Sales Associate with TIME-Realty services. He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years, 5 ½ of those in the Tampa area. After retiring from his aviation career, he was drawn back to the beauty and warmth of the Sunshine State where he enjoys the outdoors; walking, bicycling, running and boating. He and his wife live in Punta Gorda Isles. They have two grown sons and six awesome grandchildren.
Rick first visited Punta Gorda in 2009 and fell in love with the area. It has so much to offer; a small town feel, great local restaurants, unique shops, and multiple canals in Punta Gorda Isles, Burnt Store Isles and Port Charlotte all leading into Gasparilla Sound, Port Charlotte Harbor and ultimately into the Gulf of Mexico. It just doesn’t get any better than this. Rick is really excited about the many opportunities Charlotte and northern Lee Counties have to offer and would be honored to serve you by selling your existing home or helping you find that dream home you’ve always wanted.
