Buying and Relocating
We just completed the purchase of our second home in Florida and Della was there for us again! Almost two years ago, she guided us through the process and made us feel at ease throughout. We found Della Booth and TIME Realty through an internet Realtor recommendation service, and I cannot believe how lucky we were. Our goal was a waterfront home with a pool. What initially made Della stand out to us was her involvement in the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce. It let us know that she was directly involved with the community and knew not only its current status, but its past and future. We started our correspondence two years before our retirement, and Della stayed with us and supplied information on market conditions as well as homes to view during that full two-year process.
