This is our “slow season” ?  Wake up everyone, the numbers for August are off the charts. I have spoken to many business owners and they are having a good summer!  This is very encouraging as we need to take the seasonality out of our businesses.

  • 88 single family homes  ranging $16K to $775K
  • 50 condominium sales  ranging $34K to $440K
  • 6 gulf access vacant lots ranging $30K to $594K

Port Charlotte: 

  • 146 single family homes ranging $19K to $400K
  • 21 condominium sales ranging $23K to $208K
  • 22 gulf access vacant lots ranging from $4K to $312K
