Median Price: $133,400 up 10.34 % YOY

Lee County statistics report the median price for single family homes in Lee County, FL hit a new milestone in April 2014 by reaching $200,000, an 8.1 % increase when compared to April 2013 . The median price of condos hit $170,000, up 13.3%
