Sold: 535 4 up 1.13% YOY, down 12.01% MOM
Median Price: $142,000 up 3.65 % YOY, up 6.45% MOM
Avg days on market: 113

Port Charlotte:

  • 216 Single Family Homes
  • 23 Condos
