Joshua Smith is a Florida native who spent 13 years as a professional pitcher.
His baseball career took him across the United States and over four countries. During that time he learned the value of teamwork, high-stakes contract negotiations, and game strategies that he used to overcome obstacles and bring home the “W”. While he now only plays for fun, Josh returned to his Southwest Florida home and now puts his skills to work off the field, helping clients find a win in Real Estate.

Dr. Ashley Cook graduated a proud Seahawk from Cape Coral High School in 2009 and received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics and Statistics at Johns Hopkins University, followed by a Ph.D. in Cellular Molecular Medicine at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Within TIME Realty Services she is a driving force for new marketing ideas, web work, publications, and technology. Aside from real estate she enjoys traveling, tackling problems, and is working to renovate her home. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1998.
